Katie was the answer to our prayers!! Trying to sell a house long distance in this market is crushingly stressful, but Katie treated us like family, working with the various agents and agencies necessary to make the sale, recommending local contractors to fix minor issues, and keeping us well-informed throughout the process. When you hire a realtor, you're looking for someone with solid experience who applies that knowledge to help you make decisions that will achieve your real estate objectives. Too often, we've been let down by realtors who are satisfied with themselves when they've hung a few snappy pictures of your house on a website or who provide some politically correct answer to your question that doesn't help at all. Having handled the pricing and sale of our home from the very beginning, my wife and I entrusted the Katie and Becky with every part or portion of the sale of our former home and the purchase of our present home.
